These reports may be specific to a particular defect within the property (e.g. Leaking Bathroom) or they may include  defects associated with  the  whole property.

The scope of these reports may include minor defects and costs associated with any “repair” or “rectification” work.

The reports are accompanied with photos.

The reasons for requesting these reports will need to be made known to the Building Consultant to ensure that the report  which is produced meets your requirements.
